Shipping
Most orders will ship within 7 business days of the order placement. Larger orders may take longer. Wholesale orders will ship 8-14 days after placement. If you need your order by a certain date, please be sure to contact us by email before placing your order and we'll try to ship in a timely manner!

Returns
Due to the nature of the products, we DO NOT accept returns. If you have issues with your order, please reach out to us by email and we'll work with you to find a solution.

Cancellations/Order Issues
We are happy to cancel orders BEFORE they have shipped. If your order has already been dropped off at the shipping provider, we will be unable to cancel your order.
We insure every package. If there are issues with your order such as incorrect or damaged items, please send photos of issue(s) to our email. Once we have received proof of the issues, we will be happy to assist you in finding a suitable solution!
